Facilities Manager - Inside IR35

Contract Term: 12 Months (until March 2025)

Contracting Authority: NCA

Location: Birmingham/Warrington

 The NCA has an estate which is in all parts of the UK and has a 10 year strategy to ensure sites continue to meet the current evolving needs of the Agency

 As a Facilities Manager your main responsibilities would be: 

• The Facilities Manager will be part of an Estates team of facilities managers ensuring sites remain legally compliant, supporting operational activity to provide a safe space for officers to work in.
• The role is for an experienced Facilities Manager who will be responsible for delivering services via the Total FM supplier managing local delivery of services.
• Responsibilities include Total FM contract management ensuring the estate is safe, secure and compliant with all appropriate legislation and governance requirements.
• Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure their estate needs are met.
• Manage the condition of the estate and ensuring an appropriate lifecycle maintenance plan is in place.
• Work closely with Estates Project Managers to deliver large scale projects.

 You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Facilities Management experience in a large and diverse organisation
• Experience in service delivery and contract management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• You must hold SC Clearance or at least be eligible for SC Clearance
• IWFM Certificate level 4 or equivalent
