We are currently recruiting for Business Manager on behalf of one of Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities.

As Business Manager, you will: 

• Develop and implement procedures to improve business operation
• Work with key stakeholders to identify key areas where effectiveness or efficiency needs to improve and drive this forward
• Support Leadership and wider team with key operating rhythm’s and implement change with their buy in to add value
• Prepare reporting as required to support Leadership and the wider team
• Be a key contact point for cross team collaboration
• Be a self-starter with good level of communication skills across all levels up to senior leadership

You’ll have:

• Experience with business continuity plans
• Experience in engaging with key and senior stakeholders
• Experience assisting with cost cutting and improvement processes
