As an Intelligence / Investigations Analyst, you will: 

• Provide tactical analytical support to assist in cartel intelligence gathering and analysis and with cartel investigations under the criminal and civil regimes.
• Review intelligence and / or investigation material and advise the case team leader on the most appropriate way to collate, analyse and present it for the purposes of the proposed criminal prosecution and / or civil proceedings.
• Analyse and associate intelligence and / or investigation material to identify key evidence, potential further lines of inquiry and primary witnesses

• Undertake the research, development and production of NIM Level 2 & 3 crime intelligence products for MDP Crime Command in accordance with legalisation and Policing policy/guidelines.

You’ll have:

• Constable level experience is required
• The role is office based using all desk-based intelligence tools, Force and national intelligence databases with good IT skills a core requirement of the role.

It would be great to also have:

• Knowledge of desk-based intelligence tools, force and national intelligence databases with good IT skills a core requirement of the role
