Training Manager Inside IR35

Contract Term: 5 Months part- time role 2 days a week   

Contracting Authority: The Home Office

Location: P/T 2 days per weekto London and possible travel UK wide

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks

As a Training manager your main responsibilities will be

  • Perform gap analysis and process modelling in support of user business change management activities driving requirements.
  • Design, develop and maintain ESN Assure training materials by engaging with the Assure team and other ESN stakeholders Quality assurance.
  • Delivery ESN Assure training to end users as required.
  • Act as quality assurance advisors to the Assure project team reviewing Assure policy, process and associated changes.
  • Act as a point of contact between Assure project team and end users.
  • Act as quality assurance advisors to the Assure project team reviewing Assure policy, process and associated changes.
  • Responsible for the development of the ESN Training Strategy and training needs analysis activities.
    Ownership of the ESN training evaluation process.
    Deliver Training of ESN products, in support of user business change activities.
    Arrangements for and chairing the Training Oversight Group.
    Administration of course delivery.

 

You’ll have relevant experience in:

  • Training experience within the Emergency Services sector
  • Training and business change management experience within critical communications programmes.
  • Experience of mobile communications
  • Experience of the Emergency Service Network
  • Generation of digital training materials
  • Delivery of training to emergency services staff
  • Knowledge of ESN capabilities including ESN Assure
