Job description

We are currently creating a pipeline for Engineering Manager roles that we will be recruiting for across several Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities in the coming weeks / months.

As Engineering Manager, you will: 

  • Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services. Ensures that such problems are fully documented within the relevant reporting system(s)
  • Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures
  • Analyse patterns and trends
  • Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems and services
  • Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures
  • Investigate problems in systems and services
  • Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures

You’ll have:

  • Valid and active SC Clearance
  • ITIL V3
  • Understanding of AGILE
  • Understanding of tooling requirements
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to uncertainties and changing priorities
  • Be responsive, innovative and seek opportunities to effect creative change
