Contract Term: 5 Months part- time role 4 days a week
Contracting Authority: The Home Office
Location: P/T 4 days per week to London and possible travel UK wide

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.
As a Training manager your main responsibilities will be:
· Perform gap analysis and process modelling in support of user business change management activities driving requirements.
· Project manage the procurement of an authoring and deployment platform for digital training products.
· Delivery of a digital training pilot, in support of user business change activities, investigating methods of digital delivery of ESN training to end users.
· Generate training materials to delivery training to ESN stakeholders on ESN products.
· Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the push to talk training programme.
· Ownership of the digital training approach
· Deliver training on ESN Assure to emergency service users as required.
· Review Assure policy, process and changes.
· Manage the Training Oversight Group Governance Board
· Delivery of the digital training pilot project
