Job Purpose:

As a Senior Analyst within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) directorate you will be part of a team of business analysts that work across more than 10 scrum teams that develop and maintain digital services for our core service lines:

As a Senior Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be to: 

• Play a key role in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for these service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders and aligned professions including Agile Delivery Management, Product Management, User Centred Design, Project Management, Architecture and Software Development.
• Interpret legislation into high level requirements, co-ordinate their work with other Leads and Seniors working on the project and then working with a scrum BA to break these down into stories for a scrum team to deliver. 

You’ll have: 

• Hold the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
• Expert Business Analysis skills
• Be required to lead and coach others to increase professionalism.
• Be a confident communicator, able to clearly describe complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support business analysts in their role
