Project Coordinator – Inside IR35

Contract Term:  Until mid-January 2025

Contracting Authority: Network Rail

Location: Hybrid Working (one day per week office based – Milton Keynes)

Job Purpose:

The team works with regional customers to assess their organisational leadership capability. We market our core leadership programmes, as well designing bespoke programmes to develop talent, and support succession planning. The Great Together projects build organisational capability, working with groups to understand their gaps, drive more effective teams, and shift organisational culture.

 

As a Project Coordinator your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Creating and maintaining project documents, such as schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and the project manager.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project timelines.
  • Gathering information, conducting market research, and assisting with data analysis.
  • Handling administrative duties like filing, data entry, and organizing project files.
  • Assisting in resource allocation, procurement, and tracking project expenses.
  • Helping to identify and assess project risks and assisting in developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring progress, updating task lists, and reporting on project status.
  • Assisting in resolving issues that may arise during the project.
  • Building relationships with participants and their EAs, particularly at the start of a cohort
  • Creating invoices for all participants (each organization works slightly differently)
  • Set up virtual event invitations for each cohort.
  • Maintaining OneDrive (up to date participation records, storing copies of relevant documents)
  • Event support (finding and booking suitable hotels)
  • Financial tracking
  • Creating social media posts for the LinkedIn group
  • Potentially providing PMO support for cross-industry challenge groups

 

 

 

You’ll have: 

  • Project Coordinator experience
  • MS Office experience including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Admin/secretariat experience
