As Quality Assurance and Benefits Manager you will: 

• Assure that programme and change projects are aligned with relevant aspects of MoD, AIR or FHQ policy and advise changes where required
• Create and maintain a close relationship with the Air Transformation Programme Management Office (TPMO) to align programme, policies and activities with TPMO requirements.
• Develop, manage and deliver a quality assurance plan for the programme, including review points and reporting mechanisms
• Support the Programme Manager to develop benefits for the programme, defining this in a benefits strategy and supporting Business Change Managers
• Maintain a matrix of all benefits, audits and reviews
• Maintain a risk register for all issues, threats and opportunities to reported benefits; ensuring Business Change Managers’ report these as required
• Create and deliver reports as required on the programme’s quality assurance and benefit management progress including articulating this to stakeholders
• Support programme governance, risk management and PMO management during gaps or periods of absence of other personnel and represent the Programme Manager as required

You’ll have:

• A valid and active SC Clearance
• A qualification in project management: MSP, PRINCE2 or MS Project.
  
  

It would be great to also have:

• Previous Defence or public sector experience
• ISTAR Experience
