I have a criminal record - can I still apply?

There are some organisations that require a Criminal check to be passed before starting in a role. If you have a criminal record, discuss this with the Recruiter during the application process so they can advise on the right course of action.

I have a particular type of Visa - will I be able to engage as a contractor?

It will depend on the type of visa you hold (and whether it allows you to engage as a contractor) and the type of role you are looking at. Please flag this to your recruiter if you chose to apply.
