As a Change Analyst, you will: 

•  Assist the Programme Manager and Board in completing the programme definition process and preparing for implementation of the programme plan

•  Develop trusted working relationships with EA service teams and wider stakeholder groups to ensure good communication and information flow across the programme

•  Advise and assisting project teams in developing high quality project specifications, implementation plans, monitoring frameworks and stakeholder engagement mechanisms

•  Ensure that project-level infrastructure and reporting outputs are aligned and feeding into the central programme control framework

•  Assist in the establishment and support of an Operational Delivery Board (ODB) to ensure practical co-ordination of activity across all constituent projects

You’ll have:

• Experience of scoping, planning and operationalising multiple projects within a formal programme environment
• Worked in providing consultancy-style support to teams within public service, translating their vision into robust project plans
• Applied PRINCE2 and/or MSP principals and practices
• Understands relationships with Product Owners, Scrum Master, Design Leads, Platform Engineers & Solution Architects
• Delivered/planned change programme within a public agency
• Knowledge and experience of the NI Education system
