Consumer Goods & Stock Take Support (Inside IR35)

We are currently recruiting for a Supply chain officer for one of our Contracting Authorities.

As Supply Chain Officer, you will: 

  • Support for Consumer Good Stock lead for Consumer Goods meetings reviewing consumable requests
  • Contacting trusts/regional leads
  • Preparing communications liaising with technical teams
  • Manage requests coming in for consumables, keeping track of stock, liaising with requestors and technical advisor as directed in support of the Consumer Goods Lead
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance on all relevant supply systems to ensure all accounts remain robust and meet audit requirements for stock accountancy
  • Conduct stock levels

 

You’ll have:

  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Proactive stakeholder management
  • Great team working skills
  • Good IT skills


It would be great to also have:

  • Clinical knowledge (desirable)
