The End Device Management Technician will provide operational ICT support services to NHS CCG / GP Customers in Essex and Norfolk. The role will primarily focus on maintaining and managing the ICT Infrastructure Estate to ensure security compliance and best practise functionality for end device management.

As End Device Management Technician, you will: 

• Manage BAU, Incident and problem management
• Be responsible for Project work, Service Request and work package fulfilment
• Manage queue within ITSM toolset – Ivanti
• Manage devices within Sophos Cloud console
• Ensure end devices are fully compliant with critical and security updates
• Produce reports on device compliance

You’ll have:

• Qualifications in Windows Server operating Systems
• Powershell experience/ qualification
• Extensive knowledge, skills and experience of application technology
• Ability to successfully package and test applications for deployment
• Ability to produce reports and present the data in a simple clear to understand manner
• The ability to keep calm under pressure
• Good Customer Service skills (Polite)
• Being able to work through issues
• Be a team player

It would also be great if you had:

• Public Sector/ Government experience
• ITIL foundation
