Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Officer for the Ministry of Justice.

As Commercial Officer, you will:
- Responsivity for overseeing a delivery partner to ensure effective delivery and management of: Designing and implementing appropriate sourcing strategies and commercial models that deliver value for money solutions and, where relevant, incorporate key Procurement policies (e.g. Small and Medium Enterprises; Social Value);
- Developing and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders and corporate team, e.g. operations, legal and finance
- Preparing tender documents including the contract documents; including the development of payment, performance, incentive mechanisms, risk allocation;
- Tender period management evaluation and price analysis
- Development of award recommendations and management of governance
