We are currently creating a pipeline for HR Project Manager roles that we will be recruiting for across several Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities in the coming weeks / months.

As HR Project Manager, you will: 

• Plan projects, monitor progress, risks & issues, take corrective action to keep the project on track and ensure delivery of projects within time, budget and quality expectations. Projects relate to management structure and workforce planning
• Coordinate delivery of work relating to recruitment policy and training
• Be responsible for Project reporting and tracking
• Provide support in relation to other areas of HR work
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

You’ll have:

• Valid and active CTC Clearance
• CIPD Level 5 and above and / or equivalent
• Experience of working in an HR environment utilising project management tools and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

It would be great to also have:

• Experience of working in a public sector role
• A Project management qualification

This role will be working from home with ad-hoc attendance in London as requested.
