Stakeholder Capability Lead Inside IR35

Contract Term: 10 months

As a Stakeholder Capability Lead your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the work of the Stakeholder Capability team, ensuring outputs are delivered to a high standard, ensuring you are supporting your team’s development and capability.
• Using the Director of Championing Space’s strategic relationship framework to set and deliver an implementation plan to support the Agency account manage relationships effectively. This will include working closely with members of our SLT who own those relationships.
• Work with our Digital, Data and Technology team on the tools necessary to deliver our stakeholder engagement consistently, including potentially logging interactions to share with colleagues. This also includes tools necessary to deliver the Agency’s ‘Front Door’.
• Act as a culture champion to ensure that the Agency has the right culture in place to deliver this – including how we communicate, share interactions and work with other Departments.
• Lead the development of an overarching stakeholder engagement strategy, working closely with the Director for Championing Space.
• Chair the cross-Agency Stakeholder Engagement Working Group, ensuring buy-in for the team’s work across the Agency.
• Oversee engagement with DSIT, MoD, Space Command and DBT teams to ensure we are taking a coherent approach to managing relationships.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Public sector
• Writing strategy and leading projects
• Proven interpersonal skills with an ability to work well leading a team as well as with colleagues throughout the organisation and externally.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to think strategically about working with stakeholder.
• CRM systems - highly desirable
