We are currently recruiting for a Results Investigator for one of our Contracting Authorities.

As Results Investigator, you will: 

• Receive queries from a range of sources and investigates where the test was sent, what the current status is, and if missing or delayed, the reason for the issue
• Proactively investigate the test results by being inquisitive to eliminate issues
• You will be rectifying the situation ensuring the customer receives the test results quickly

You’ll have:

• The ability to work under pressure
• Highly organised
• Problem solving skills
• Outstanding customer service
• Ability to work within a team remotely

It would be great to also have:

• BPSS Cleared
