The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions, and child maintenance policy. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Management professional to make a real impact within DWP. If you have experience of large organisational change both behavioural and cultural with ideally experience in the implementation of a new CRM System, then please get in touch!

As a G7 Change Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the delivery of the implementation of a Recruitment Management System via change management/ project management principles and practises
• Ability to gather relevant data at pace from various data owners, analyse this data, provide an evidence based approach and argument for any proposals
• To engage with stakeholders at all levels
• To lead on the project management relating to business change
• To produce and manage project plans to keep to deadlines in the change journey.
• To track and review the project implementation, review success, measurement of impacts and evaluations.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in the delivery of change across a large government department
• Experience in project management across a large project
• Experience of successfully managing change both behaviourally and culturally within a large organisation
• Strong stakeholder management at all levels
• Ability to manage both Internal and external stakeholders to deliver change effectively and educate on the change process, the why and how.
• Strong communication skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience with the implementation of a CRM system
