As Data Warehouse Product Owner you will: 

• Be an accountable lead who owns the DBS Data Warehouse
• Establish Data Warehouse data population priorities aligned with operational and strategic needs including enabling the insights needed to deliver the DBS strategy. This includes SLT user needs
• Develop the agile Data Warehouse Roadmap to continually develop DBS capability aligned with DBS IT strategy and Architecture
• Matrix manage Data Warehouse IT development including IT partners
• Resolve key issues to ensure that the Data Warehouse operates effectively in ‘live’ and is supported
• Proactively manage Data Warehouse budget/key costs and develops supporting business cases for development. Leads any related procurement
• Engage widely across DBS to understand and deliver on priorities, building key relationships including SLT and influencing widely
• Work flexibly and closely with the emerging Insight & Intelligence team to enable connected business delivery
• Proactively mobilise Data initiatives, enables continual improvement and resolves any issues in collaboration with DBS colleagues and partners
• Be accountable for the resolution of performance incidents and issues, stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Develop performance metrics and associated Data Warehouse reporting

You’ll have:

• Experience of being accountable for products, processes or services
• Experience delivering at pace, taking responsibility for timely and quality results with focus and drive
• Leadership skills in taking accountability, showing pride and passion in managing a matrix based multi-disciplinary team to deliver
• Vision in collaboratively establishing a forward Roadmap and setting direction
• Experience of working with Agile methods in an Agile delivery team and user centric to ensure needs are understood and met
• Evidence of involvement in the delivery and ongoing management of high quality, successful products, processes or services
• High skills in translating user needs in to technical requirements
• Flexibility in adapting to changing needs and through the Data Warehouse enabling the development of broader Insight & Intelligence capability and initiatives
