SC Cleared - Change/Transformation Manager (INSIDE IR35)

Are you an expert in the production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective? Do you have experience in Change Management from concept to execution and review. Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning?

 As a SC Cleared - Change/Transformation Manager, you will: 

• Have experience remitting to develop and implement Lean Principles, Systems and Tools.
• Use your in-depth lean knowledge and expertise you will facilitate/lead on the delivery of process improvement activities such as Visioning Events, Value Stream Analysis Events, Rapid Improvement Events and Kaizen Events.
• Have experience supporting the development of capturing processes and ensuring that they are developed and documented in a standard and coherent manner across the organisation, aiding in the development of the process hierarchies and appropriate structures and supporting materials.

You’ll have:

• Experience agreeing the appropriate methods, designing and facilitating the processes. Value streaming, mapping etc.
• Extensive experience in workshops, leading conversations, coaching.
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track records of processes they’ve been involved in designing,
• improving. Lean and AGILE methodologies.
• Experience with comprehensive write up report after events.
• Experience trying to establish a central process repository.
• 6 Years experience with Lean 6SIGMA

It would be great to also have:

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Public Sector Experience
