  • Work with CAT2 colleagues on wider maritime issues, where necessary

You’ll have:

  • Knowledge and experience of working as part of small teams, achieving targets as set out by the relevant strategies

  • The ability to summarise a complex set of facts, and advice where there are choices to be made, clearly and succinctly for Ministers and senior civil servants
  • The ability to interrogate, analyse and present large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data in a concise and meaningful way through working alongside programmes and other portfolio functions
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas and technical details to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner
