We are currently creating a pipeline for Commercial Manager roles that we will be recruiting for across several Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities in the coming weeks / months.

As Commercial Manager, you will: 

  • Assess the existing commercial landscape and looking at the impact on programme delivery
  • Design and implement approaches which will ensure effective delivery of the right outcome for the department
  • Lead on supplier integration with regards to relationship and cost impact upon the department
  • Work with programme finance leads to understand impact and realisation of any potential benefits
  • Renegotiate existing contracts and manage the impact of existing commercial financial models
  • Act as primary point of contact between the incumbent supplier(s) and the department

 

You’ll have:

  • Experience of PFI contracts, contract management and contract change processing
  • Familiarity with Affinitex
  • CIPS qualifications to minimum of level 4
  • Experience with Claim and Compensation Event negotiation
  • Benchmarking and Market Testing experience
  • Experience in lean process redesign
