We’re looking for a Mass Testing Lead Coordinator for a 6-month contract with DHSC.

As Mass Testing Lead Coordinator, you will:

• Oversee, monitor and report on multiple strands of project activity
• Research and tackle problems predominantly using their own experience and judgement, linking effectively with team structures
• Be able to identify and manage linkages and interdependencies across the programme
• Take responsibility for making strategic decisions in relation to the planning and management policy areas and as part of the wider team
• Proactive manage day-to-day activities to solve problems and deliver objectives
• Analyse complex reports/information to provide senior staff with briefing, advice and guidance to assist in decision making

You will have:

• Leadership skills, ideally with experience within Public Health or wider Public Sector.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate with senior leaders
• Ability to draft papers and briefings accurately and within tight deadlines
• Ability to work across organisational boundaries
• Policy development skills
• Team building/ integration skills
• Communication skills (oral and written)
• Influencing skills
• Self-motivated to deliver tasks
