Job description
Are you an experienced Service Design Manager looking for a new contract? Are you ITIL certified with a strong background in service design and service design architecture? If so PSR would like to speak to you!
As Service Design Manager, your main responsibilities would be:
- Being responsible for the Data and Analytics Data Platform Service reporting with another colleague to the Senior Service Delivery Manager
- Establishing Service Levels with the Data Engineering team and other Data Source providers for the delivery of defined and targeted Service Levels and KPI’s, including system availability, data refresh, query performance
- With the objective to ensure that the service and service levels are delivered to defined and agreed standards to meet Data and Analytics objectives
- Responsible for establishing frameworks for change, incident management and continuous improvement of the Service, including reporting, trend analysis and delivery of improvement plans
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Strong service design / service design architecture experience
- ITIL Certified
- Experienced working on large scale programmes
- Service management process/procedure definition
- Service reporting design.
- Service Change Request management for initiatives/projects which require out of scope deliverables
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira service desk
- Full-Service Design Life Cycle experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage in an ambiguous environment
Desirable Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous public sector experience
- SQL / Python experience
- Process Mapping experience
