Business Analyst (Network management) Inside IR35

As a Business Analyst (Network management)  your main responsibilities would be: 

• Planning and maintaining schedule of test site identification, mobilisation, changes, demobilisation and replacements.
• Develop, implement and look to improve the management and reporting processes relevant to business needs and ensure they are maintained.
• Working with data analysts and regional SEOs to inform real estate and infrastructure schedule and identify prioritisation of sites where appropriate (e.g. if there are supply chain issues).
• Lead and chair daily meetings including daily approval and demobilisation meetings, SMP and infrastructure provider scheduling meeting and daily network pipeline updates.
• Identifying any potential issues in timing or planning of test site roll-out or demobilisation and escalating to head of real estate management.
• Supporting UKHSA and suppliers in ongoing estates management strategy and activities..

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Project management, planning and reporting
• Effective and robust communication/negotiations with stakeholders from varied professions, including legal teams, landlords, and local authorities
• Managing multiple large scale /national projects
• Data insights analysis
• Highly competent in a variety of software applications, including Word, Excel (particularly), Outlook and PowerPoint
• Extensive experience in healthcare
