We are currently recruiting for a part - time HR Advisors (3 days a week)
As a Research Manager, you will be:
• A part of a team with 4 HR Business Partners, 1 Senior HR Advisor, 7 HR Advisors and 4 HR Assistants who support over 2200 staff across 4 sites – RAL, Daresbury, Swindon and UKATC.
• Providing an HR consultancy service to Divisional Heads, Senior Managers and staff within a specific area of the business. This service will include advising on and managing individual and team-based case management activities using professional knowledge, coaching and influencing skills, so that staff in the business area are managed and developed in line with best practice principals and STFC’s and UKRI business objectives.
• Building rapport, forming relationships quickly and communicating effectively with others.
• Leading on local project activity and support other HR projects and activities across UKRI.
• Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor
• Supporting the delivery of any future STFC restructuring/change programme.
• Review data to analyse trends and make appropriate recommendations.
You’ll have:
• CIPD Level 5
• Experience supporting Heads of HR, Business Partners and Senior HR Advisors in delivering an HR strategy that meets the needs of the organisation and particular business area/s.
• Experience with delivering a flexible workforce framework
• Good all-round knowledge of UK Employment law and HR best practice.
