We are currently recruiting for a PMO for a Government Organisation

As a PMO, you will: 

• Take ownership of the project plan and associated project management documents (e.g. RAID log)
• Be Responsible for running project meetings to track progress against plan and actions
• Be Responsible for the Stakeholder management across project suppliers and partner service providers
• Be Responsible for Upward reporting to leadership in multiple pillars – e.g. mobile processing leadership, and technology leadership
• Be Responsible for the preparation of regular reporting documentation.
• Provide support to the project leader as required

You will have;

• Prior project management experience in a fast moving and dynamic environment, preferably with appropriate PM qualification such as; Prince2, MSP, Agile/Scrum
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
• The ability to document operational procedures starting from a zero base if required- be a Self-Starter
• The ability to work within a team and have strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
