We are currently creating a pipeline for Estates Surveyor roles that we will be recruiting for across several Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities in the coming weeks / months.

As Estates Surveyor, you will: 

• Dispose of surplus MOD land and residential property
• Liaise with Army/Navy/ RAF regarding handover of surplus property
• Instruct and direction of legal team and marketing agents
• Negotiate transactions with purchasers
• Provide formal reports on transaction progress
• Write formal business recommendations

You’ll have:

• Working knowledge of Town and County Planning
• Transactional experience (either acquisition or disposal preferred), although general property experience would be considered
• The ability to communicate confidently, write concisely and accurately with attention to detail is of paramount importance
• Full membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Relevant Land Management Degree, with minimum of 2 years relevant experience
