Junior Delivery Manager – Inside IR35

Contract Term: 6 months (possible extension)

Contracting Authority: MoD

Location: Hybrid Working (two days per week on site – Corsham)

As a Junior Delivery Manager your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Act as focal point for a specific Mobile service, provided by the cabinet office
  • Management of the group mailbox and all emails received
  • Interfacing with the Cabinet Office Service Desk and Hub leads
  • Working with Cabinet Office to identify and advertise improvements on the roadmap
  • Ordering mobile devices for MoD, ensuring delivery is tracked and devices are delivered on time
  • Reallocation of mobile devices amongst user community ensuring VFM
  • Maintenance and improvement of the mobile tracker, engaging with Hub Leads
  • Maintenance of the SharePoint site, ensuring all documentation is current
  • Management of yearly finance transfers across Top Level Budgets.
  • Attendance at the Secure Mobility User Forum
  • Attendance at the Working group
  • Management of annual certificate updates on devices

You’ll have:

  • Previous Project Management experience working within the MOD
  • Experience writing MOD Business and Commitment Cases
  • Finance Planning and Management experience
  • Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency and Opportunity Management knowledge
  • Comms and Stakeholder Management experience
  • Experience dealing with 3rd Party Suppliers
  • The ability to move a pace, whilst being flexible in a fast-moving project
