The Research Infrastructure Group currently has a vacancy for a highly motivated and experienced Network Engineer with Architecture experience to join the team.

As a Network Engineer you will be: 

• Working both independently and as part of a small team.
• Require a proactive attitude to problem solving.
• Involved in the planning and implementing enterprise level 25/100Gb IP network switching, routing and firewalling, in a production Linux environment.
• Using excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, good technical expertise, good communications skills, and the ability to deliver working solutions on time.
• Use architecture experience to understand the network requirements
