We are currently creating a pipeline for Portfolio Planner roles that we will be recruiting for across several Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities in the coming weeks / months.

As Portfolio Planner, you will: 

• Develop fully resourced and costed Programme plans using data provided by the Portfolio, Programme and Project management teams
• Provide progress reports to each Programme Manager, to include performance and schedule information
• Identify key variances within Programmes and presentation of effective and compelling data in support of findings
• Provide assistance for Portfolio Manager, Programme Managers and Bid Managers
• Plan and track ‘Networks’ Programme
• Create and maintain the plan for the programme. The plan must clearly outline the key milestones
• Promote cross-functional working and get commitment from all key functions needed to enable successful project delivery
• Encourages transparency of functional expertise and holds project team members accountable for their delivery

You’ll have:

• Active and valid SC clearance
• Experience in maintaining Prog level Schedule
• Significant experience of Prog Planning ideally within a Defence environment
• Experience in working with cross functional teams, to plan and deliver
