We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager for one of our Contracting Authorities.

As Business Manager, you will: 

• Leading engagement and business support activities
• Managing Senior Level colleagues
• Supporting a diverse range of business needs
• Running a business management unit

 You’ll have:

• Line Management experience
• Be confident to provide advice and challenge to senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key business objectives
• Have experience in Engagement including delivery in front of an audience, drafting and delivering messaging both oral and written in a variety of channels
• Be proficient in Microsoft applications such as the full suite of Teams
• Strong people skills, empowering others to deliver a high standard of service.
• Have the ability to manage multitask, plan and prioritise own workload and manage expectations of customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and act promptly to keep work on track, leading and supporting problem-solving and seeking continuous improvement for procedures; It would be great to also have:
