We are currently recruiting for a Business Assurance Manager for the MOD, based on site in the Hampshire area.

As Business Assurance Manager, you will: 

• Undertake an examination behind Army Combat Identification (Cbt ID) Capability Assurance, identifying opportunities for improvement and specific improvements in business processes
• Specify implementation through improvement to cross department governance, coherence, information exchange, data management, practices, organisation and SQEP resource;
• Conduct an audit of related Army Cbt ID strategy, requirements and feasibility studies including related external and internal stakeholder collaboration; and operational analysis and R&D
• Assess and advise on the practicability of alternatives, marrying up technical limitations with practical operational realities; Assess the risks, costs and potential benefits of alternative business process designs.
• Identify and make recommendations on HQ Cbt ID roles and responsibilities required for effective capability assurance detailing specification and process for recommended solutions;
• Apply available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way to produce a consistently high standard of assurance documentation

You’ll have:

• Previous MOD experience
• The mental agility to assimilate complex or multiple pieces of information, applying informed judgement and experience to provide a considered output.
