We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist that we will be recruiting for one of our Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities in the coming weeks.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will: 

  • Monitor the recruitment inbox and dealing with queries in this mailbox.
  • Prepare board papers for interview packs for our internal stakeholders.
  • Update the shared drive and Recruitment Tracker with all relevant candidate and campaign information, ensuring each campaign record is complete for audit purposes.
  • Prepare packs for sift and virtual interviews and ensuring delivery of packs happens on time and to all relevant stakeholders. Checking all selection tools are fit for purpose and appropriate for the role in question. Provide advice and guidance on these as required.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both internal and external, and striving to continuously improve the service provided.
  • Ensure vacancies are posted on Civil Service Jobs and other online job boards and using an applicant tracking system to manage campaigns.
  • Make sure all recruitment documents comply with commission recruitment principles.
  • LinkedIn head hunting.

 

You’ll have:

  • Experience of working in a busy recruitment environment, either within an agency, or with an in-house recruitment team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to balance several tasks simultaneously.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with a solution focused approach
  • Ability to build effective collaborative and constructive relationships
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a structured environment to strict timelines and deadlines

 

It would be great to also have:

 

  • Experience of recruitment in Government/public sector
