Are you a PMO Lead/Manager with Contact Centre experience? If you have we have a number of opportunities to join the DWP on a 6 month contract.

As PMO Manager you will:

• Analyse, interpret and use data and information from a variety of sources to produce coherent reports for senior management and ensuring stakeholders are informed.
• Work on own initiative, using prioritisation skills and ability to deliver at pace and to tight timescales
• Work with and leadi key stakeholders towards Commercial solutions that give a balance of optimal commercial performance whilst delivering on business strategy
• Takes ownership for results by working to agreed goals and activities and dealing with challenges in a responsive and constructive way. 

You’ll have:

• Strong PMO experience
• Demand supply experience
• Microsoft teams
• Strong understanding of tools

It would be great to also have:

• Some commercial understanding
• Experience of dealing with Contact Centres
