As an HR Administrator, you will: 

• Undertake BAU with regard to contingent labour, including facilitating sourcing and onboarding candidates through third-party suppliers
• Ensure all interim records are compliant in respect of IR35
• Provide line managers with assistance to complete IR35 assessments
• Ensure that correct records for all contingent labour workers are maintained
• Ensure close working with Commercial colleagues to manage and work with our suppliers
• Work towards itemised deliverables

You’ll have:

• The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a busy operational team – able to provide clear direction and instructions to both colleagues and customers
• A real passion for customer service and a desire to continually improve knowledge, skill and expertise
• The ability to be resilient and maintain delivery in circumstances that can be changeable but stimulating
• Strong communication skills and be able to quickly build positive relationships with customers at all levels of the organisation
• Strong organisational skills to structure your own day and meet targets
