We are currently creating a pipeline for Incident Response Officer roles that we will be recruiting for across several Government Organisations and Contracting Authorities in the coming weeks / months.

As Incident Response Officer, you will: 

• Act as a first point of contact for day to day issues across all delivery channels Regional Sites, Local Sites and Mobile facilities
• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all incidents in order to implement rapid service recovery
• Escalate issues and liaise with service providers, regional leads and strategic reserve teams to provide swift resolution to operational incidents
• Engage in root cause analysis to identify and embed lessons learned into existing processes as part of continuous improvement

You’ll have:

• Good communicator, organized and self-motivated and where possible working remotely, from home as part of a dispersed team
• Experience in telephone helpdesk and contact center environment
• Experience of working between Internal departments
• Experience of working with suppliers
• Experience with Microsoft products
• Experience working in a fast past environment
