Are you a change manager experienced driving change, developing and embedding new processes within organisations? Do you have experience with SAP Ariba? If so PSR would like to speak to you.

As Change Manager, you will: 

• Be working within the HMRC Commercial Directorate within the commercial contract management alongside the procurement, sourcing and category teams
• Develop and embed new processes resulting from the new MyBuy system implementation
• Work with contract managers to define and embed new processes/ways of working
• Drive process improvement, adoption and compliance within the new system implementation
• Lead continuous MyBuy training, vendor set-up and on-boarding, creation of accounts, sourcing requests etc.
• Lead continuous process improvement
  
  

You’ll have:

• Change Management Experience
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement Software
• End to End Procurement Life Cycle from source to pay (S2P)
• Contract Management Experience
• Experience of Process mapping and standard operating procedures (SOPs & DOPs)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

It would be great to also have:

• Previous public sector experience
• Experience of using Visio
