I have not received my activation email, what should I do?

Check your junk mail folder and if the activation email is not there go to the ‘Forgotten your password?’ page from the sign in page.   Enter the email address that you used to register and an email will be resent to your email address.   Use the link in the email to set up your secret question and answer, and your password, to complete your registration.    If you fail to receive an activation email, use the Contact us form to get further help from the Support Team.
